Instructions for Wearing
1. Wash your chest using gentle soap and water.

2. Take off the protective layer from the bra.

3. Face the mirror, press and hold the contour cups against your skin for a few moments to ensure they stick, allowing your breasts to fit comfortably into the cups.

4. Fasten the two bra cups together using the front clasp.

5. Lightly press on the outer part of the bra cup with both hands for a few seconds to ensure it stays in place.

Instructions for maintenance: Just rinse with fresh water and let it dry naturally. Once dry, the adhesive will reactivate for future use – ensure the surface is free from any dirt.

Advice: If removing the bra is uncomfortable, apply a bit of water to your breasts. This will facilitate easier removal.
